Elise Roeder

Elise Roeder, MBA has a diverse work experience in various industries. Elise began their career as a Consultative Supply Chain Analyst at Wellesley Hotel in 2016. Following that, they worked as a Professional Writing Coach at Neeley School of Business, where they trained undergraduate students on effective business writing techniques.

In 2018, Elise joined ALDI USA as a District Manager, where they developed and implemented district-level strategies to achieve financial, operational, and customer-service goals for multiple stores. Elise successfully led their stores to consistent growth.

From 2021 to 2023, Elise worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Field Leader. In this role, they oversaw multiple restaurants across different states, developing strategies to achieve key performance metrics. Elise also played a significant role in influencing yearly operations and performance for their region, which encompassed over 500 employees.

Elise's most recent position is as a Multi Unit Manager and Director of Operations at Mo' Bettahs, starting in 2023. Their responsibilities in this role are yet to be determined.
