Marko Banovic

Marko Banovic is currently the Head of IT Process Management and Operational Excellence at Mobi Banka. Marko has extensive experience in project management and has worked in various positions in different companies such as HTEC Group, Atos, Nefa, Société Générale, Erste Bank Serbia, Piraeus Bank, ProCredit Bank, and Microfinance Bank. Marko is a skilled professional with a background in management, project management, and corporate sales support. Marko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Belgrade and has also completed leadership programs at PwC Academy and Harvard Business School.
