Andy is responsible for defining and leading Mobica’s people strategy, in close collaboration with the senior leadership team. Talent acquisition and people development are just two of Andy’s superpowers and he’s already played a vital role in expanding Mobica’s global footprint. One of the things Andy is most proud of since joining Mobica is establishing new, flexible ways of working that acknowledge the individual choices and wellbeing needs of the talented team.
