Stephanie Phillips

Stephanie Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and development. Currently serving as the Property and Concession Coordinator and DBE Officer at Mobile Airport Authority since 2020, Phillips previously held the position of General Manager at BWI LLC from 2015 to 2018, where leadership of the property management division included oversight of teams involved in multi-family affordable housing projects. Earlier career roles included Administrator and Consultant at Creative Supportive Services from 1999 to 2015, as well as Regional Manager at Partners In Housing Development Corporation. Stephanie Phillips is an alumnus of Indiana State University.
