Hema Srinivas

Hema Srinivas has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration. Hema began their career in 1999 at Medreich Limited as a QA Assistant. In 2006, they moved to Azaire Networks as Lead HR/Admin, where they worked on HR and Admin activities. Azaire Networks was acquired by IntelliNet Technologies, and Hema moved to IntelliNet in the same year, taking on the role of Lead HR. At IntelliNet, they were responsible for general HR functions and automated the HR system. In 2010, they moved to Stoke as Manager HR, where they were responsible for end to end HR functions of India centre, worked on HR strategies, and initiated and was responsible for company branding activities out of India. In 2014, they joined Mobile Aspects as HR/People Ops Manager.

Hema Srinivas has an education history that includes a MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University in HR and Advertising (2000-2003), a Diploma in TQM and ISO 9000 from AIIMS (1999-present), and a B.M.S college, BSc from Bangalore University in PCMB (1998-present). Hema has also obtained two additional certifications, "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" from LinkedIn in June 2022 and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in March 2019.
