Andrew Shulman

Andrew Shulman is the current CEO of Mobile Health Management Services. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of Affiliated Physicians from October 2004 to April 2012. In this role, they managed 200+ employees and all operations of the company, which is a national provider of healthcare and wellness services to corporations and governmental agencies. Andrew was also responsible for areas such as physician management, sales and marketing, national program implementations, incorporation of IT systems, EMR implementation, regulatory compliance, facility management, business development, contract negotiations, and full P&L accountability.

Before their time at Affiliated Physicians, Andrew Shulman served as a Senior Operations Analyst at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from August 2000 to October 2004. In this role, they were responsible for the management of a $100M annual budget and collaborated with various hospital departments to implement process improvements, maintain budgets, reduce errors, increase patient satisfaction, and increase efficiencies. Andrew also served as the acting Vice President of Operations for Weill Cornell Medical Center as requested.

Andrew Shulman received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Emory University and an MPH in Health Care Management from Columbia University in the City of New York.
