Patti Donatella

Patti Donatella is the current Human Resources Director at Mobile Health Management Services. Patti has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on developing policies and programs that support high growth organizations.

Patti started their career as a Project Manager and HR Strategist at Taproot Foundation, where they helped implement compensation and benefits plans. Patti then became the Director of Human Resources and People Development at David Lynch Foundation, where they oversaw the implementation of HR strategies across multiple sites.

In their current role, Patti is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support the growth of Mobile Health Management Services. Patti also works closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that the staffing needs of the organization are met through recruiting, retention, and professional development initiatives.

Patti Donatella is a graduate of California Lutheran University.

Patti Donatella reports to Andrew Shulman, CEO. They are on a team with Dave Schramm - CMO, Andy Lacker - CFO, and Tessa Pennington - Director of Product.
