  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop support problems, including operating system issues, software installations, and hardware malfunctions
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Manage DNS and Active Directory services
  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
  • Utilize ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing systems to track and document support requests
  • Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues
  • Assist with software deployments using SCCM
  • Configure and maintain network hardware and software, ensuring network security and integrity
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues

Education & Experience

  • CCNA or similar networking certification highly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Proficiency in DNS management and Active Directory administration
  • Experience working in a help desk or technical support role
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues
  • Knowledge of software deployment tools like SCCM
