Timothy D. Boswell

Tim became their Chief Financial Officer in November 2017 upon the completion of the Williams Scotsman carve-out transaction. Tim was previously Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Williams Scotsman International, where he was responsible for the company’s North American finance, strategy and IT functions. He also previously served as the company’s Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, where he was responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives and for pricing, value-added products and services, and marketing. Prior to joining Algeco Scotsman in June 2012, Tim was a Vice President of Sterling Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm with $4 billion of assets under management, with responsibilities for principal investing and portfolio company management. Earlier in his career he worked at Banc of America Capital Investors, Edgeview Partners, and Bear, Stearns & Co. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology from Davidson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
