Phillip Blucas

Phillip Blucas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Phillip started their career as a Web Programmer at Louisiana Department of Education in 2002 and stayed there until 2004. Phillip then joined Louisiana Public Broadcasting / Louisiana Educational TV Authority as an Engineering Intern Student in February 2004 and later became a Broadcast Engineer in August 2005, where they worked until June 2013. In 2013, they joined Mobile TV Group as an Engineer in Charge and held this role until September 2015. Phillip returned to the same company in May 2016 and continued as an Engineer in Charge until August 2019. Phillip then took on the role of Director of Cloud Control from June 2021 until the present.

Phillip Blucas attended the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA) from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their high school diploma. Following that, they enrolled at Louisiana State University from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), with a focus on Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. In June 2005, they received their certification as an Engineer In Training from the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board (LAPELS).
