Jonas Matačiūnas

Jonas Matačiūnas has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Jonas is currently working as the Chief Software Engineer at MobilePay since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Danske Bank Lithuania where they held the position of IT Software engineer, Chief from April 2020 to April 2021, and Senior Software Engineer from March 2018 to April 2020. Before joining Danske Bank Lithuania, Jonas worked as a Software Developer at ASHBURN International, UAB from December 2013 to March 2018. Jonas also gained experience as a Systems Architect at UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras from February 2013 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, Jonas worked at EPS LT, UAB as a Systems Architect from May 2012 to February 2013 and as a Program Architect/Software Developer from July 2011 to May 2012. Jonas initially started their career as a Software Developer at UAB "Elektroninės mokėjimo sistemos" from August 2007 to July 2011.

Jonas Matačiūnas pursued their education at the Kaunas University of Technology, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2005 to 2009. Jonas further advanced their knowledge in the field by pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology at the same institution from 2009 to 2011.
