Mette Godsk Jensen

Mette Godsk Jensen's work experience includes serving as Chief People Officer at MobilePay starting in October 2022, and serving as a Board Member at Become starting in September 2021. Prior to these roles, they worked at Implement Consulting Group as a Partner from September 2020 to October 2022 and as a Transformation Lead and Leadership Development Consultant from June 2015 to September 2020. Mette also worked at Maersk Tankers as a Transformation Lead from November 2013 to May 2015, at Nasdaq OMX as an HR Director from December 2011 to April 2013, at Inter IKEA Centre Group as a Human Resource Manager from March 2009 to November 2011, and at Deadline Games as a Human Resource Manager from January 2006 to February 2009.

Mette Godsk Jensen graduated from Middlesex University with a BA Honours in International Management in the years 1997 to 2001. During their time at Middlesex University, they also took a short course on Business Ethics and Cross Cultural Understanding in Business at Nagoya University in 2000. Additionally, in the same year, they attended Ryerson University for a course on Organisational Development.

Before attending university, Mette Godsk Jensen completed their secondary education at Espergærde Gymnasium from 1991 to 1994, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.

Furthermore, Mette Godsk Jensen has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In May 2018, they completed the HBDI Whole Brain Model course at Herrmann International Denmark. In June 2015, they received the Prosci ADKAR Change Management certification from Prosci. Additionally, in January 2014, they obtained the Prince2 certification from Lederne - Danmarks største lederorganisation.
