Sarah Ould Saïdi

Senior Project Manager at Mobileum

Sarah Ould Saïdi started their work experience in 2010 at Djezzy, where they worked as a Trace Analysis Engineer for the access network. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Trace Analysis & Access Network Support Senior Engineer, which they held until December 2017. In 2018, they joined VEON as a Service Performance Senior Engineer, where they monitored and analyzed KPIs for services, controlled QoS, performed audits, and monitored various data services and subscribers. In October 2020, Sarah joined Mobileum as a Project Manager and later became a Senior Project Manager in September 2022. No end dates were provided for their roles at Mobileum.

Sarah Ould Saïdi attended Université Saad Dahlab de Blida from 2001 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in engineering with a focus on electronics and telecommunications. In 2013, they received training at ZTE in WCDMA radio network principles, GPRS EDGE radio network and optimization, and GSM Radio Network Planning and Optimization Advanced Course.

Continuing their education, Sarah attended Alcatel in 2013 and completed a course in BSS B11 GSM Quality of Service & Traffic Load Monitoring, specifically focusing on GSM. Sarah also received training in GSM Radio Network Optimization from Huawei in 2011 and in Radio Network Parameters for GSM from Nokia Siemens Networks in the same year.

Sarah further expanded their expertise through certifications. In 2018, they completed a course in E2E Network Analytics at astellia. Sarah also pursued additional training at ZTE University in Shenzhen, China, obtaining knowledge in LTE. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in C-voice from PTC, specializing in Voice over IP.

In February 2021, Sarah obtained the SFC certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
