Janice Bartholomew

Janice Bartholomew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and organisational effectiveness. Currently serving as CXX Programme Director at Vodafone Business, Janice has held key roles such as Senior Manager for Customer Experience Transformation and Organisation Effectiveness Manager. Prior to Vodafone, Janice held the position of Engagement Reporting Specialist at HP. Janice holds a BA HONS in Modern Languages from The University of Manchester and an ACCA designation in Chartered Certified Accountancy from BPP Professional Education.
