Lukas Degrandi

Lukas Degrandi (1981, Swiss) has been with mobilezone since 2020, as Director Customer & Quality Services since the beginning of January 2021. From 2016 to 2019 he was Head of Support Switzerland at V-ZUG AG. Before that, he held various positions in customer service for an information security company. After completing basic training as a computer scientist, he completed a degree in computer science engineering with a focus on software engineering while working. He also completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Service Leadership.
