Rosario Valotta

Rosario Valotta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career as an Analyst/Developer at Met Sogeda in 2001 before moving on to Telecom Italia as a Project Manager. From 2008 to 2016, Valotta worked at PosteMobile, where they managed a team and were responsible for developing successful apps. In 2016, they joined IGT as the Head of Digital Systems development for Lottomatica, overseeing the development and delivery of various digital platforms. Valotta then served as the Head of International Platforms development at Lottomatica from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Software Engineering at Mobilisights.

Rosario Valotta earned a Laurea in Ingegneria informatica from Università della Calabria, completing their studies from 1994 to 2000. They also obtained a Master's degree in Ingegneria informatica from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rosario Valotta has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2023, Foundation Workshop from Management 3.0 in 2023, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2021, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in July 2015.
