Sarah Roberts

Sarah Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. 🚴 Sarah began their career as a Library Advisor at the University of Gloucestershire, where they provided training and support to students and managed customer queries. From there, they moved on to become an Information Library Assistant at the University of East Anglia, where they handled customer inquiries and managed library systems.

Sarah then transitioned into the corporate sector, working as an ICT Technical Records officer at Norfolk Constabulary, ensuring the effective management of IT assets. 🚴 Sarah later took on the role of Project Officer at the same organization, where they delivered high-quality business cases and assisted with project development.

In 2016, Sarah joined Epos Now as a Product Owner, responsible for creating a roadmap aligning with business goals and client expectations. 🚴 Sarah then moved to Liftshare in 2018 as the Head of Product and Innovation. In this role, Sarah led the development and execution of product strategies, worked closely with various teams, and oversaw the rebranding and rebuilding of core products.
