Sakhi Baiani

Sakhi Baiani has extensive experience in law enforcement and advisory roles. Currently serving as a culture advisor at Mobius Knowledge Services since April 2010, Sakhi's primary expertise lies in a law enforcement background. Prior to this position, Sakhi held the role of Chief of Police Administration in the Afghan Police Force from January 2002 to July 2007, overseeing various departments including personnel recruiting, finance, legal affairs, and passport services. Educational qualifications include attendance at Habibia High School in Kabul, Afghanistan, the Afghan Police Academy, and higher education in Texas and Washington. Additional training was acquired at the Texas Sheriffs Academy in Austin and the North Texas Regional Academy, culminating in certificates related to law enforcement and security planning.
