Belinda Lewis has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Belinda started as an Organization Business Partner in 1997 at RK Supply Chain Personnel and ended as the Head of HR / CPO at Assura plc in 2022. Belinda worked as an HR Development Manager at Wine Cellar, a Learning and Development Manager at TK Maxx, and a National Recruitment Manager/HR Manager at the Laurel Pub Company. Belinda was also the Head of Recruitment at Turning Point and the Head of HR and High Performance at Payzone UK Ltd. In 2015, they worked as an HR Consultant and Project Lead at Appleton Clay Consulting Ltd. Belinda took a career break at Halefield between August 2022 and June 2023, after which they joined Mobysoft Ltd as their Chief People Officer. Throughout their career, Belinda implemented new organizational and business structures, handled company acquisitions, TUPE, redundancy, growth initiatives, and strategic project management, achieving revenue growth and doubling in headcount. Belinda was also a member of the Executive Committee and contributed to the overall business performance.

Belinda Lewis attended Fairwater Comprehensive School from 1979 to 1986 but there is no information on any degrees or field of study during this time. Belinda then attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1988 to 1992 where they earned a 2:1 degree in Clothing, Business Studies and Production Management CFI, with a concentration in Business Studies. Belinda also attended Pontypool College of FE and Stockport College of FE, however, no degree information is available. In terms of additional certifications, Belinda obtained OPQ SHL Level A & B from The British Psychological Society in March 2011, CIPD from CIPD in September 2005, and NLP & Timeline Therapy Practitioner from American Board of NLP in August 2003.
