Kelsey Hinesley

Kelsey Hinesley has a wealth of experience in the field of graphic design. In 2010, they were an intern for Chadron State College, where they designed brochures, book covers, and PowerPoint backgrounds. The following year, they interned at Headjam, where they created logo designs, illustrations, letterheads, business cards, and maps. In 2012, they became the Store Manager at Marty's Trophies, managing incoming and outgoing work orders, keeping track of inventory, and teaching technical applications and customer service skills. In 2013, they worked as a Graphic Designer at 3monkeys Print and Design, creating logos, business cards, postcards, brochures, flyers, and posters. From 2015-2018, they worked as a Student Worker and Graphic Design Specialist at Arizona State University, designing a space-themed holiday card, becoming the lead photographer and photo editor of the library photo/video inter-departamental team, and researching and illustrating a coloring book. During this same period, they also worked as a Contractor-Graphic Designer I, Int'l at Isagenix, influencing new standard design practices for the rebrand, providing design assistance during three international country launches, and receiving recognition from a regional manager for work done for a product launch. In 2011, they began freelancing as a Graphic Designer at CMYKelsey, designing dieline packaging, working with an NFL licensed vendor to ensure all products and packaging met NFL brand guidelines, and updating and designing documents that met ADA standards. Most recently, in 2022, Kelsey began working as a Senior Marketing Designer at Technivorm-Moccamaster USA, Inc.

Kelsey Hinesley has a comprehensive education history. Kelsey obtained a High School Degree from Edgemont High School from 2003 to 2007, a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Chadron State College from 2007 to 2011, and a Master's Degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Arizona State University from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained five certifications from LinkedIn in April 2020, including Advanced Accessible PDFs, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Creating Accessible PDFs, John Maeda on Design, Business, and Inclusion, and Women Helping Women Succeed in the Workplace.
