With experience in managing operations, coaching track and field, supporting Special Olympics athletes, and providing business office assistance, Kara has demonstrated a passion for promoting health and wellness among diverse populations. Kara holds a degree from the University of Iowa and has been involved in various roles within the health and fitness field since their high school years at Valley High School.
