Ryan Dunphy

Ryan Dunphy has extensive work experience in operations management and supply chain. Ryan currently holds the position of Senior Operations Manager at Mochila Fulfillment since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Target as an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Manager from March 2022 to September 2022 and as a Warehousing Operations Manager from March 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Target, Ryan worked at Mochila Fulfillment as an Operations Manager from October 2019 to January 2021. Ryan also participated in the Supply Chain & Operations Talent Acceleration Program at Land O'Lakes, Inc. from June 2018 to October 2019. During this program, they led various projects in process improvement, quality, and safety.

Ryan started their career with Land O'Lakes, Inc. as a Supply Chain & Operations Intern. Ryan interned as a Feed Engineering Intern in 2017, where they supported better controls on pelleting equipment. In 2016, they were an intern at the Kozy Shack pudding manufacturing plant in Turlock, CA.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has achieved notable accomplishments such as reducing downtime, improving quality programs, and preparing for audits. Ryan has a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of delivering results.

Ryan Dunphy earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. Before that, Ryan completed their high school education at The Blake School, from 2010 to 2014.
