Michael Larson has a diverse range of work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Creative Officer at Mod Op, where they oversee the agency's creative output and leads integrated brand strategy and communications.

Prior to their role at Mod Op, Larson founded their own advertising agency called One Eighteen Advertising in 2003. As the founder, they utilized innovative and creative approaches to brand and marketing strategy, contributing to the success of their clients for over 18 years.
