Ian Levine

Ian Levine joined the Moda team in 2015. Prior to joining Moda, Ian was a member of the energy investment banking group at Deutsche Bank in Houston, where he focused primarily on providing advisory services to midstream, downstream and oilfield services companies. Prior to working for Deutsche Bank in Houston, Ian worked in Deutsche Bank’s New York office, where he specialized in debt origination for the broader natural resources sector.

Ian was first introduced to the co-founders of Moda while working on the sale of Oiltanking Partners to Enterprise Products Partners. He has executed numerous debt and equity capital market transactions and M&A transactions, and he has spent a great deal of his career evaluating strategic opportunities for oil and gas companies.

Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics at the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies with minors in classical and Italian studies from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
