The Moda Operandi leadership team has a history of experience in the fashion industry, including working as buyers and interns at high-end stores, as well as founding and CEO-ing their own fashion companies. They also have experience in other industries, such as hospitality, health care, and finance. Most members of the team have completed undergraduate degrees, with many going on to pursue higher education at prestigious schools such as Harvard Business School, Duke University School of Law, and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
