Uzair Ibrahim

Uzair Ibrahim is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Managed Engineer at Modality Systems since November 2019. Previous roles include working at AT&T from August 2015 to May 2019 as part of the Network Operations Center, focusing on reactive problem management and people development. Uzair also has experience in customer service, having assisted customers at MPH Bookstores Sdn Bhd in early 2015, and has foundational IT experience from an internship at Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah in 2008, which involved technical support and networking. Uzair holds a degree from Multimedia University and completed secondary education at SMK Kidurong with a focus on science.
