Arthur Laszczewski

Arthur Laszczewski has a diverse work experience in the fields of operations, sales, and engineering. Arthur is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at mode40 since November 2022. Prior to this, Arthur held multiple roles at Grantek from 2012 to 2022. Arthur started as a Systems Designer, where they were responsible for developing and commissioning programming for machine controllers, operator interfaces, SCADA systems, and network deployments. Arthur then transitioned to the role of Manager - Client Solutions, overseeing revenue and accounts in Western North America and global niche verticals. In this role, they focused on pre-sales activities, contract negotiation, defining client requirements, and architecting solutions. Arthur also ensured client success post-sales through engagement and auditing. Following that, Arthur served as the Director - Smart Manufacturing Solutions, where they facilitated strategic planning, developed investment strategies, and formulated product strategies covering sales, marketing, and partner enablement. Lastly, they worked as the Sales Director, managing a portfolio of clients from various industries and leading a team of business development sales managers. Before joining Grantek, Arthur worked at TELUS as a Network Engineer from September 2011 to November 2012.

Arthur Laszczewski attended Simon Fraser University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. Arthur'sfield of study was Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
