Jenny Tan

Jenny Tan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jenny is currently working as the People Business Partner Lead at MODEC, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Verticurl (a WPP Company) as a Human Resource Business Partner for the APAC region from April 2022 to August 2022. Before this, they had a long tenure at BASF South East Asia Pte Ltd, starting in October 2008. At BASF, they held various senior human resources management roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager | Business Partner from November 2014 to April 2022, Senior Human Resources Manager, Projects from February 2014 to October 2014, Senior Human Resources Manager, Operations from October 2011 to January 2014, and Human Resources Manager, Operations from October 2008 to September 2011.

Jenny Tan, IHRP-SP, completed their Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from PSB Academy in 2004. Jenny also holds the IHRP Senior Professional certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
