Peny Giannakou

Peny Giannakou has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. From 2005-2006, they worked as a Landscape Designer and Customer Service at Fytotechnia, Tsatsanis. From 2006-2010, they worked as a Landscape Designer and Sales Manager at Garden Center Siniolakis. In 2010, they began working at e-value as a Team Leader and Contact Center Representative, where they were responsible for telesales and lead generation, telephone services, promoting products and services, customer service outbound calls, and managing team performance and metrics. In 2015, they began working as a Visual Artist at the Saatchi Gallery and as a Fashion Photographer for their own business, Peny Giannakou. In 2021, they began working as a Freelance Photographer for both Cherrydeck and ModelManagement.com, and in 2022 they began working as a Professional Freelancer for PeoplePerHour.

Peny Giannakou obtained a degree in Agricultural Technology from the Agricultural Department Technology of the Technological Education Institute of Epirus in 2004. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, such as Business Conduct Series: Business Continuity Management from OTE Group of Companies (HTO) in 2022, Customer Service Open Days from the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service in 2022, 5G: a real digital transformation enabler from the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service in 2021, Dynamic Call Center Teams from OTE Academy S.A. in 2017, and Portrait Photography from Zita Studio in 2012.
