Tanya Rinaldi

Tanya Rinaldi has worked in a variety of roles in the travel industry for the past 20 years. In 2000, they began their career as Program Director- Pacific & Africa for Rustic Pathways. In 2010, they moved to Mountain Travel Sobek as Program Director, where they maintained a professional and productive relationship with operators and collaborated on annual sales strategies and marketing priorities. In 2018, they joined Airbnb as Global Airbnb Adventure Market Manager, creating the vision for immersive, multi-day experiences on Airbnb and scaling highly-curated adventures around the world with a lean operational team. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Much Better Adventures as US Lead- Head of Adventure, developing a series of domestic and overseas adventures suited to a core US audience, delivering strategy, growth, optimization and new products and overseeing the onboarding of host partners and streamlining of Much Better Adventures trips. Currently, they are the Director Of Special Projects at MODERN ADVENTURE.

Tanya Rinaldi attended The University of Queensland from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business.
