Iris Marlin

Iris Marlin currently serves as a Chief Member at Chief since August 2024, contributing to a network focused on empowering women executives. Additionally, Iris holds the position of VP of Talent at Modern Animal since January 2023, having previously worked as Director of Talent. Iris's extensive experience at Amazon from March 2012 to February 2023 includes roles such as Sr. Manager of AWS Research & Market Intelligence and Principal Program Manager in People Experience & Tech, among others. Prior to Amazon, Iris worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as an Enrollment & Match Specialist. Iris Marlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oregon in 2010.
