Matt Sterenberg

Matt Sterenberg is a seasoned professional in customer success management and advocacy, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Modern Campus since October 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Customer Advocacy at Instructure and Parchment, where initiatives focused on strategic customer advocacy, engagement, and thought leadership. Matt has held multiple leadership positions at Parchment, managing teams responsible for customer renewals and activations, particularly in the K12 and Professional sectors. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Comedian with the Nationwide College Tour and as an Admissions Counselor at Calvin College. Matt holds a Master’s Degree in Communication from Northwestern University and a BA in Secondary Education from Calvin University.
