Sibyl McCarley

With more than 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Vice President of Human Resources Sibyl McCarley provides executive-level leadership and guidance to support the engagement, development, and retention of Modern Hire’s employees. She is responsible for the Modern Hire’s Inclusion efforts, evaluating and executing progressive human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.

Sibyl takes time to get to know our people. She has a passion for transforming and elevating talent processes, developing people and leaders, and partnering with business leaders on complex talent and employee relations issues. She has spent her HR career in the professional services industry, with most of her tenure at an AmLaw 200 firm and one of the Big Four Accounting Firms.
