Devesh Mani Tripathi

Devesh Mani Tripathi is an experienced professional in customer service and sales management, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at Modern Informatics Pvt. Ltd. since March 2020, overseeing a team of 30 field technicians in the north region to handle installations and resolve complaints in bank branches and retail stores across North India. Prior to this role, Devesh worked at Zicom Electronic Security Systems LTD. as a Senior Sales Executive from September 2012 to February 2020, where responsibilities included achieving sales and service goals while managing partner and vendor relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as an Area Service Manager at Tikona Digital Networks Pvt.
