Matthew McGinnis

Matthew McGinnis is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy, sales, and operational efficiency across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy at Modern Optical International since December 2024, Matthew collaborates with a seasoned leadership team to enhance customer experience. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at CalPro Inspection Group, Matthew drove sales revenue and improved operational efficiency through customer analytics and the implementation of key SOPs. During tenure as Director of Sales at VSP Vision, Matthew achieved record annual sales exceeding $100 million and managed a team of 45. Earlier roles include Inside/Field Sales Manager at VSP-Altair Eyewear, District Manager at Aramark Uniform Services, and Quality Coordinator/Regional Trainer at BJ's Restaurants, Inc.
