Job Overview:
As an Operations Intern at Modern Staffing Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team in the day-to-day operations of our staffing and recruitment services. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Recruitment Processes: Support in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Client Interaction: Help in coordinating with clients to understand their staffing needs and assist in fulfilling these requirements. Data Management: Manage and update internal databases with client and candidate information. Operational Support: Provide logistical support for internal events and recruitment drives. Research and Reporting: Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and prepare reports for the management team. Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks including file management, drafting correspondence, and handling inquiries. Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software. A keen interest in the staffing and recruitment industry.
