Francesca Perona

Francesca Perona is the Head of Product at Modern Synthesis. Francesca has a background in material and product design, and has worked as a senior research assistant and STEAM education project lead. Francesca's previous experience in the textile industry has been an asset in their current role at Modern Synthesis.

Francesca Perona has a Masters of Arts in Computational Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London, a Diploma of Education in Digital Fabrication from Fab Academy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design from Istituto Europeo di Design. Francesca also has certifications from MIT Professional Education in Management of Technology: Roadmapping & Development and from the University of Oxford in Oxford Strategic Innovation Programme.

They work with Brisa Freitas - Marketing Advisor, Ben Reeve - Co-Founder & CTO, and Ioannis Zampetakis - Senior Scientist Group Lead. Their manager is Jen Keane, Co-Founder, CEO & Creative Director.
