David Scott Myers

David Scott Myers has over three decades of experience in program management, business development, and warfighter integration support. David Scott served in the United States Air Force as an Officer for twenty years before transitioning to Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) in 2009. At MTSI, they have held various roles, including Program and Capture Manager supporting OSD Unmanned Warfare and leading a team of 85 in providing engineering support to the US Air Force Acquisition. In their most recent role as Business Development Lead for Mission Assurance, they continue to excel in developing business opportunities and managing multi-million dollar contracts.

David Scott Myers holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Management and Business Administration from the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management (2003-2004). Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (1996-1999). Their educational background also includes a Certification in Electronic Warfare Technology from Georgia Tech Research Institute (until 2019) and a Managing Information Systems degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (1987-1989).
