Stephen Reed

Stephen Reed's work experience includes serving as the Chief Scientist at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) since March 2020. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Scientist/Engineer at The Aerospace Corporation from December 2009 to March 2020, focusing on offensive and defensive space control.
