Alissa Parmelee has a background in advising CHROs on strategic HR initiatives, leading M&A transactions for Fortune 500 Bio-Pharma Companies, and enabling large-scale transformations across various countries and functions. With experience in consulting at Deloitte and Accenture, Alissa has worked on process design, organizational readiness, and training for SAP and other ERP implementations. Alissa currently holds the role of Vice President, Global CMC HR at Moderna, where Alissa continues to make impactful contributions in the field of human resources.
