Courtney Soule

Courtney (Connors) Soule, SPHR, FPC, is an experienced HR technology professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR Technology at Moderna, Courtney has previously held positions such as Associate Director of HR Technology and Senior Manager for Global People Technology and Advisory Technology at PwC. Additional experience includes roles as a NAS Implementation Consultant at ADP and Solution Consultant at Kronos, as well as multiple implementation-focused positions at ADP. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Fairfield University.
