Felipe Heiderich

Felipe Heiderich serves as Executive Director of Corporate Legal at Moderna since August 2020 and also holds the position of Senior Counsel at TechGC, where involvement as a Charter Member focuses on fostering a peer community for Deputy General Counsel. Prior experience includes Senior Counsel roles at Johnson & Johnson and Fenwick & West, where advisory work encompassed M&A transactions and corporate matters for emerging companies. Felipe started the legal career as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in their M&A group, progressing from a Summer Associate to a full-time position. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University and dual degrees of J.D. and M.B.A. from Cornell Law School and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, respectively.
