Katy Harris

Katy Harris is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as Associate Director HR in CMC at Moderna, Katy has previously held multiple roles at Amazon, including Sr. Human Resource Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Sr. Human Resource Business Partner. Katy's experience also encompasses regional HR management at International Paper, where responsibilities included Regional Human Resource Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resource Generalist. Katy began the HR career as a Human Resource Intern at International Paper. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ohio University.
