Sue Swayhoover

Sue Swayhoover currently serves as the Head of HR Services North America at Sanofi, a position held since January 2013. In this role, Sue oversees HR Operations, which encompasses Payroll, Employee Contact Center, Domestic Relocation, Employee On and Offboarding, HR Data and Reporting, and Master Data. Previously, Sue functioned as the Director of HR Shared Services, responsible for implementing a shared services platform for the US and overseeing US Payroll, Domestic Relocation, and HR Data Audit. Prior experience includes roles as Director - Registered Principal at Bank of America and Director of Human Resources Shared Services at Merrill Lynch. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management, completed between 1987 and 1991.
