Kristy Bertz

Kristy Bertz currently serves as Senior Counsel for Research & Development at Moderna, a position held since May 2021 following a role as Counsel in the same division. Prior to this, Kristy was Director of Site Contracts at Sarepta Therapeutics and held multiple leadership roles in clinical operations at PRA Health Sciences, including Director and Associate Director of Clinical Site Contracts. Kristy has extensive experience managing contract negotiation teams across various organizations such as PAREXEL and UCB Pharma, contributing significantly to team development and training. Kristy holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Liberty University.
