Saara Mansouri

Saara Mansouri is a Senior Scientist at Moderna, starting in May 2023, with extensive experience in biomarker and immunogenicity assay development and validation for preclinical and clinical studies. Prior to this role, Saara served for nearly nine years at BioAgilytix, holding multiple titles including Manager I, Scientist III/BPM, Scientist II, and Scientist I, focusing on developing immunoassays using ELISA, MSD-ECL, and ProteinSimple platforms. Earlier experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at the University of Arkansas, studying Cercospora sojina, and a Graduate Research Assistant role at Southern Illinois University, where research centered on Fusarium virguliforme and its interaction with soybean. Saara holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry and a Master of Science in Plant and Soil Science, both from Southern Illinois University.
