Aseem Dokania

Aseem Dokania is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and leadership across various technology companies. Currently serving as Executive Director of Product Management for eCommerce Platforms at Moderna since March 2024, Aseem is also the founder of Product Bar Raisers, a consulting and training firm aimed at enhancing product leadership. Aseem is a founding member of the Anantkaar Leadership Initiative, which focuses on fostering exceptional business leadership. Previous roles include Product Head for "Just Walk Out" technology at Amazon and leadership positions at ibibo.com, Microsoft, Adobe Systems, and marketRx. Aseem holds a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
