Mawis Anis

Mawis Anis has a diverse work experience in product design and user experience. Currently, they are working as a Senior Product Designer at MODIFI since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Retailo Technologies from November 2021 to November 2022. During their time at Retailo Technologies, Mawis led the product design department, managed 5 verticals and 5 designers, and successfully introduced new features to improve the user experience, resulting in a 30% increase in SMEs and 20% increase in sales.

Before Retailo Technologies, Mawis worked as a Senior Product Designer at NayaPay from April 2021 to November 2021. From 2016 to 2021, Mawis worked at VentureDive in various roles. They started as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer from February 2016 to January 2017, ensuring the quality of products through testing. Later, they became a UX Designer from January 2017 to July 2019, where they worked on multiple international projects and gained expertise in UI/UX Design. Lastly, they served as a Senior UX Designer from August 2019 to January 2021, taking on additional responsibilities such as streamlining the design process and implementing new research techniques.

Mawis Anis also has prior experience as a Project Trainee at GSK Pharmaceuticals Pakistan from June 2015 to October 2015. In this role, they automated manual systems and gained exposure to supply chain management.

Mawis Anis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, which lasted from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Mawis Anis received a certification as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in July 2021.
