Shilpa Mohidekar

Shilpa Mohidekar has had extensive work experience in various roles related to data analytics and business intelligence.

Starting in 1998, they worked as a Software Engineer at Integrand Information Systems until 2001. Shilpa then joined Jacobs as a Software Developer from 2002 to 2003.

In 2006, they joined Dell and held several positions. Shilpa started as a Business Intelligence & Analytics Support Lead from 2006 to 2008. Shilpa then became a Program Manager/Delivery Manager from 2008 to 2009, overseeing strategic reporting initiatives and consolidation of data reporting. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Sales & Marketing Program Manager, developing analytics and reporting strategies. Afterwards, they became an IT Sr. Manager/Practice Lead - Oracle BI from 2012 to 2013, focusing on business plan development and talent leadership. Finally, they worked as a Sr. BI Delivery Manager - New Logos from 2013 to 2016, leading the onboarding of new BI and data warehouse customers.

Since 2017, Shilpa has been working at Key Business Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Business & Data Analytics Services. In this role, they led the organization's data and business analytics practice, setting overall strategies and goals.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of Enterprise Data and Analytics at Modine Manufacturing Company. Shilpa'sresponsibilities include strategy and roadmap planning, building data and MDM foundation for global business intelligence and analytics, and delivering business reporting and analytics across various domains.

Shilpa Mohidekar has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Smt. Indira Gandhi College of Engineering, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Shilpa also holds a Technology Diploma in Computer Science from BIT, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. In 2020, they completed an Executive Program in Applied Business Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, Shilpa has obtained several certifications, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from Mindful Leader in 2022, and Applied Business Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2020. Shilpa has also completed various training programs such as Dale Carnegie Course and Leadership Training for Managers. Moreover, they are a Social Media Certified Professional from Dell.
