Faisal Khan

Faisal Khan has a diverse work experience in the legal field, specializing in healthcare law. Faisal has worked as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Modivcare Home, where they managed legal risks, ensured regulatory compliance, and handled litigation and legal-financial issues. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Counsel and Provider Practice Lead at Nixon Gwilt Law, assisting health care startups, biotechnology companies, and hospitals with regulatory compliance and risk management. Faisal also has experience as an Assistant General Counsel at both The MetroHealth System and University Hospitals Health System, providing legal counsel on various strategic initiatives. Faisal began their legal career at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where they served as an Attorney and provided counsel on federal court litigation. Additionally, Faisal has experience in medical malpractice suits as an Associate Counsel at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP and Kopff Nardelli & Dopf LLP. Faisal also worked as the Wisconsin Deputy Political Director for Obama for America in 2008.

Faisal Khan obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Medical Anthropology at Case Western Reserve University from 1998 to 2002.
